Currently, Akanya ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges

There are no additional shipping charges for any orders within India, regardless of order value.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:
2–5 working days for metro and tier-1 cities
4–7 working days for non-metro and remote locations
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner, location accessibility, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp.
You can use these details to track your shipment until delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Akanya shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.
Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
Incorrect address
Unavailability of recipient
Refusal to accept the order
The courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Akanya shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:
Natural calamities
Strikes or lockdowns
Transport or courier disruptions
Government restrictions
In such cases, we will keep you informed and ensure resolution at the earliest.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives in a damaged condition or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos.
We will investigate and take appropriate action as per our resolution policy.
Split Shipments
In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. You will be notified accordingly.
