Return & Exchange Policy – Akanya
At Akanya, we strive to deliver premium quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited return and exchange policy as outlined below.
Return Policy (3 Days)
Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
✔ Defective or damaged product
✔ Wrong product received
Returned items must be:
Unused and unwashed
With original tags intact
In original packaging
We do not accept returns for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Sale or discounted products
✘ Custom-made or altered products
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.
Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are accepted for:
✔ Size issues
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Wrong product received
All items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
With tags intact
In original packaging
Items not eligible for exchange:
✘ Products on sale or during promotions
✘ Custom-made or altered products
✘ Products damaged due to misuse
How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return or exchange:

Share your Order ID and clear images/videos of the product. Our team will respond within 48 working hours.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
If the return/exchange is due to a defect or wrong product sent by Akanya, shipping will be borne by us.
For size exchanges or preference-based exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Quality Check
All returned/exchanged products undergo strict quality inspection.
If the product fails inspection, the request may be declined and the product sent back.
Replacement Availability
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose:
Another product of equal value
Or a higher value product by paying the difference.
