1. What is Akanya?
Akanya is a women's wear brand creating elegant, timeless and well-made clothing for the modern woman. Our designs focus on clean silhouettes, quality finishing and comfort—pieces designed to take you from meetings to evening plans. We believe in creating clothing that feels polished without being overdone and timeless rather than trend-driven.
2. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide available on each product page and compare the measurements with your own body measurements rather than relying only on your usual size. If you're unsure about your size or fit, WhatsApp us at 9582177451 and our team will be happy to help you choose.
3. Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Custom sizing is available on Akanya products except sale products. If you require a custom size, please follow the instructions provided on the product page or contact us before placing your order. We recommend confirming your measurements with our team if you are unsure.
4. How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most Akanya products are ready to ship and are generally dispatched within 1 working day after your order is successfully placed. Some selected products may be made to order and may require 1 additional day for production. Any additional production time will be mentioned on the relevant product page.
5. How long does delivery take?
We ship across India with free shipping. Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 days after dispatch. Delivery timelines can vary slightly depending on your location, courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
6. What is Akanya's return policy?
You can request a return within 3 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags intact. Akanya bears the applicable return shipping cost for eligible returns. Sale products are not returnable. Please see our complete Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility and exclusions.
7. What is Akanya's exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product meeting our exchange conditions and the requested size or product being available. Our ₹750–₹799 Corporate Edit is exchangeable, and eligible products from our Festive Collection are both returnable and exchangeable.
8. Can I return a sale product?
No. Sale products are not returnable. Please check the product details, size guide and applicable terms carefully before purchasing a sale product. Custom sizing is also not available on sale products.
9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. You pay 10% of your order value online when placing the order and the remaining 90% at the time of delivery. COD availability may vary depending on the order and delivery location.
