At Akanya, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Our refund policy is applicable only under specific circumstances as outlined below.

When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
✔ If the product is damaged upon delivery
✔ If an incorrect product is delivered
✔ If a return request is approved under our Return Policy

Refunds are not applicable for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Sale or discounted products
✘ Custom-made or altered products

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of successful quality check.

Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Akanya’s part
